Acess Blocked and cannot do my certification exam

Good evening!
Since yesterday I have been trying to access my Microsoft profile, but I can't because the following message appears:

We can’t access your Microsoft profile as it appears to be blocked on Pearson VUE.

You can contact Pearson VUE Support for further assistance. If you still need help, please click Ask a question on the Microsoft Certification Program support forum.

My exam is today and I am afraid I will miss it and the voucher I used to sign to it.
