Understanding of WSFC quorum mode

I'm reading the documentation of WSFC quorum at https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure-stack/hci/concepts/quorum

    It looks like 50/50 just means 50% chance that it will survive. It looks like it is a calculation based on the columns.

    Example: 2: Can survive one server node failure (50% chance as one server remains)
