WSUS Deadline doesnt work on Windows Server 2022

Hi,
I have recently deployed Windows Server 2022 in my environment.
However for some reason the WSUS updates deadline doesnt work on ALL of my Windows Server 2022. it works on all my other windows servers but not Server 2022.
this below is my current GPO settings.
Note: this policy works on all version of windows server prior to Server 2022.
my WSUS Server is windows server 2022
