I noticed that passing from 3.9 to 3.10 there's and indent increase:
If I erase the space, I loose list format and if I decrease indent, it restart from "4..." and I can't change it anymore.
What can I do?

Thanks for the follow-up. Setting a space to follow the number would certainly work, as you have noticed.
You may have to adjust the "Text indent at" value to get the look you want.
You have to adjust the settings for indentation with the paragraph number (Home > Multilevel List > Define New Multilevel List). Specifically, increase the value for "Add tab stop at." If you want a hanging indent, you should increase the "Text indent at" setting to the same value. See screen shot.
EDIT: Values in my screen shot are just examples. You will have to choose settings that suit your setup. Some trial and error will be required. To get a hanging indent, it is crucial that "Text indent at" equals "Add tab stop at."

In another post, I see that you have set the "Follow number with" to "Space," which would also work.
