TEAMS background format

Question

In my organisation, there is a request to create a standardised TEAMS video call background, including the company logo.

We need a solution which works on both mobile and desktop devices regardless of the screen size and amount of participants in the call, without cropping out the company logo.

Is there a solution, where:

1. the admin can standardise the teams background
2. the background is always fully in frame automatically

Currently this feature isn't available.
While there has been a Teams uservoice thread announcing that this feature is in development.
