How can i renew Certificate if it cant be viewed in the dashboard?

Question

I am trying to renew my certificate for the AZ-500 and i have logged into the certification dashboard but i cant see my cert that i received on the completion of my exam in 2020. I dont understand why i cannot see it as i used the email address from the renewal email to login, yet i cant see anything there.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with cert results and transcripts in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
