Need to create calendar url to book event specific meetings

I basically need to see if it is possible to replace the capability of Calendly to link events to specific calendars, appoint specific timeframes for people to book meetings and send an email to both parties, and link to calendars for the specific meeting times and include the pertinent teams meeting within the email/calendar invite.

My IT team says this is possible with Power BI, but I am not sure.

Note: Not sure if I have tagged this correctly, my apologies if not.

    Hi @Chantelle

Sorry not sure I understood your requirement correctly.
Would you please clarify on "calendar url"?

If you mean the link to join a Teams meeting, once you create a new Teams meeting a meeting url would be generated, which can be used to join a meeting.

    In Teams calendar:

If you would like to set events (like meetings) on specific calendars as triggers to trigger an action (like sending emails to people), Power Automate may be a solution.

Thank you, I found a resolution using Bookings.

I needed people to be able to click a link and book a meeting with me.
