Hello,
I have two computers and I need to get Visio for my class. I just got a desktop but starting school I used my laptop which has the school office 365. while on my desktop I used the Azure student voucher in the attempt to acquire Visio. The caution label for Visio states that it is not compatible with my desktop so I go back to my lap top. now I have an error message on the website saying that the website is unable to verify my student ID. Therefor not giving me the ability to get Visio. Would it have mattered what computer I used to try and do this and how can I resolve this problem.
