Azure Extended Period Term Invoices and New Azure-only SCE

Hi Team,

My customer has a SCE that expired on 12/31/2021, enrollment #4727267. The customer's Azure tenant is still consuming through this expired contract and we are looking into signing a new SCE or moving to CSP.

Customer has the following invoices for EPT:

9880875879 2022-02-10
9880810294 2022-01-11

Since the new contract will be processed in September, can those 8 invoices be recalculated (credit and rebill) based on Guidance 1963?
