I need to be able to whitelist the outbound IP(s) for my postgres flexible server while attempting to do logical replication on an external (outside of Azure) postgres DB. I cannot find a list of IPs or IP ranges, nor is it available anywhere in the server properties.

I tried looking into using a VNet but can't find any documentation on setting up a VNet with public IP access inbound and outbound to access a Flexible Server. The only documentation I found about something similar to this is using a VM to connect to the flexible pg instance.

If it helps, the PG Flexible server is hosted in US East region. Any help here is appreciated

    I found this download: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=56519

It has address prefixes for eastus "AzureSQL" which seems to do the trick
