how can i update BGINFO wallpaper all 5 Minutes

i've tried some things with the parameter /all (no function) and the Scheduler.

I'am not able to do the trick.

If you change maybe from LAN to WLAN - how can i update my background information?

For such things I like to use the task scheduler.
Here I start BGInfo for different events. E.g. at user login, dis-/reconnect of a network card and after a set intervall.
Here you can also use system log filtered events as triggers.
