outlook issue users

hello i have a user that have a weird issue when he try to open outlook i got resource error message and cannot get set of folders errors

if i create a new profile it work i reopen outlook with old profile it work also

if i delete the new profile and try to open again i have the same message over and over
no cache mode

    Welcome to our forum!

    From you description, seems that it is related to the corrupted old profile, so we suggest you deleted the old profile, then create a new profile from control panel:

    Go to Control panel > Mail > Show Profiles, then deleted the old profile and create a new profile, re-add the account.

    Besides, in order to avoid the influence of the old version, it is recommended you check the version and upgrade it to the latest:

    In Outlook, go to click File > Office Account > Update Options > Update Now

    i will try to try to get this you but if i create a new profile it work if i close outlook and open the first profile keeping the new one it work
    if i delete the new one and re open i get the same message also even in safe mode i get the message:
