I understand that you would like to know the General Availability for Azure DNS Private Resolver.

I checked the Road Map and I see it has not been updated yet.
I shall try to reach out to the Team and see if we can provide a tentative date or it's too early to tell

I was checking this internally and got an update from Product Team.

As of now, we cannot share the ETA on a public Forum.

However, I would recommend you check this with your TAM/CSA.
They should be eligible to get additional information on Product roadmap
