Confirmation Mobile number not being accepted in developer e5 subscription setup

While trying to setup office E5 subscription setup in Developer program, the site ask to enter mobile number to confirm code sent to mobile.
I have a tried a lot of mobile number whiel the country code is set to India (+91).I am only seeing the below error.
