View members before sending in Dynamic Distribution Groupe

it was stated in the article below that one could view the members of a Dynamic distribution Group before sending email. Also feature was said to be released by March 2022.

How can I view before sending in outlook client or OWA?

You cannot do this in Outlook/OWA. The article you referenced above is about the introduction of the Get-DynamicDistributionGroupMember cmdlet, as covered in the second section of the article. So it's PowerShell only. Neither Outlook nor OWA can be used to expand the membership list/preview the members of a DDG.
