Any piece of VBA code in Outlook to carry out the procedure of finding the relevant emails pertaining to the same conversation as offered in right click options, applied on the active / selected email, as follows?

The Conversation object has functions like GetChildren and GetTootItems.
You can use the VBA debugger to check the details.
