Thanks for the question and using MS Q&A platform.
I was able to see the same behavior with Azure IR with Managed Vnet (West US) enabled when it was created initially, but after few minutes the status of those IR changed back to Running
from Running (Limited)
. Seems like it takes few minutes to be fully available and running.
Could you please confirm if you are still facing the issue on your end? Or is it auto resolved? In case if you are still experiencing the problem could you please share your Data factory region and the IR region so that I can double check on my end and involve the relevant product team as needed.
