7050 DNS Error on my Windows 2019 Server

I have been trying to troubleshoot my active directory by resolving errors in the event viewer on Windows Server 2019. One of the errors I want to resolve is 7050 for DNS. The description for the error reads as 'The DNS server recv() function failed. The event data contains the error.' I do not have debug logging on or a port scanner. What could be the trigger for this error? Please do not leave any articles or suggestions that are outdated for Windows Sever 2019.
