reminder alert using Microsoft Graph API

Question

I pushed the request body with "reminderMinutesBeforeStart": "1440", which is reminder alert 24 hr before the event. I sent invitation to multiple people, people with Microsoft calendar gets reminder alert but people with gmail account, they are not getting reminder alert in the google calendar as set in the body request. How can I resolve it?

I would recommend you to raise a support case with Microsoft Graph, a Support Engineer will be able to assist you better. You can raise support ticket from http://aad.portal.azure.com/ or https://admin.microsoft.com/#/support/requests.

Can you please confirm that if I push the request body with "reminderMinutesBeforeStart": "1440" using Microsoft Graph calendar api, if i sent a client an event invitation who uses gmail/google calendar, The reminder can be worked. I am hearing different thing like Google calendar is out of Microsoft reach. reminder will work only in Microsoft calendar.

I cannot put support ticket. I do not have that privilege.
