Extract data from analog picture in mobile excel app

I found some tips in Youtube that mobile excel can extract data from analog/printed picture.
So, I tried to find that button in excel, but no matter how many times I tried, I couldn't find it.
Is there any way to solve this?
As I checked several videos that people use this function, and they can easily find the button in green high-lighted part.
Please kindly share your know-how..
