what if I am Global Admin, Exchange Admin, Teams + SharePoint and Intune Admins nut still can't access it?
Set MDM Authority No Access Error

Hello,
i'm trying to setup MDM and in Endpoint Manager of the Azure portal, when i click on MDM Authority notification i have a blank page with No Access title and 403 code.
Here's the contents of the error displayed:

I have not setup mobile management until now so i"m not sure what the issue might be.

2022-08-31T01:17:37.633+00:00 @waterresistro , For the error code 403, it means forbidden, access denied. Please check if the account we login Microsoft Endpoint Manager admin center is with Azure AD Global administrator or Intune service administrator rights.

Although i do not have the Intune license but im not aiming to manage my device.
@waterresistro , Hope things are going well. If you don't have MDM, I think we can skip to set the MDM authority. If there's any update, feel free to let us know.
Hi there, has anyone gotten back about this issue?
I'm facing the same issue, had access and then suddenly it's gone. Still a GA and can access most other areas/policies fine, and other admin centres are fine also.
Tried creating a new GA account, that account also has an issue accessing Intune/Devices and gets the MDM authority message about device management not being enabled.
Any help would be appreciated!
