If our firewall is decrypting *officeapps.live.com, *.online.office.com, and office.live.com, will it reduce the performance for our SharePoint Online users when they edit documents on the SharePoint site or on the OneDrive app?

    Per my research, currently There is no official documentation about the decrypting of firewalls that affects the editing of documents in SharePoint or OneDrive.

    I would suggest you open a ticket with Microsoft for further help.
