Missing microsoft certification from second profile

Good Morning I have two Microsoft account, when I log in with my credentials for either account I only see the certifications for the one account.

I am missing the certification's for the second and I need to do the renew exam.

The account Im looking for is 992348388.

How can I check that both accounts merged correctly?
