certification voucher/discount

hello, i have followed a miscrosoft even and i got a voucher for certain certifacation , i also got the mail telling me that i can now pass the certification for free but when i log in to plan it , they say that my account dosent have any discount linked

    hi @Andreas Baumgarten , thank you for the answer , if it's not supported , may i know who should i contact or what should i do ?
    i checked the links you gave and couldn't find the answer , as i did the training for dp_900 and got the email notification of the voucher but i dont find it (it say i dont have eligibility which is not true ) when i log in with my linked mail , as i need to pass it as soon as possible , i would like to know if there's something i can do .
