AADSTS50020: User account 'xxxx' from identity provider 'live.com' does not exist in tenant 'Microsoft Services' and cannot access the application 'b9c392b1-7049-4d6c-86bf-9bb91214900d'(Microsoft Learning Identity Service) in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account.

    Hi
    how can I check if my Microsoft learning ID is OK?
    I can see that my collegues are getting 10 figure numbers as MS learning key after they create their ID.
    I was trying to find my ID under settings and I found only a mixture of letters and figures and I am not sure my ID is valid.
    Also I can not register exam I want.
