How can i do like a picture ?
i have wpf form always on top. But ist not stay visible when task view open.

Yes, i use Win10. Wpf in Visual studio. Like c#
This picture windows task view window on Windows 10 . I want to show my wpf/c#(transparent) form topmost on this screen Or i want to write some text topmost on this screen like a picture. -
