Greetings!
I am trying to implement a UX design but I can't seem to be able to locate the tab controller.
The only tabs I could find would not work in my case.
The tab bar must as shown in the screenshot below.
What are my alternatives that does not require purchasing an expensive third party library?

You say tabs I could find; what is it that you found? Why did they not work in your case?
