Digital Twin of Customer, Process, User or Organisation?

I have seen Gartner writing about 'Digital Twin of Customer' but resources on the web are not very forthcoming

Is anyone working on something like that or can you share any resources you are aware of?

I am looking for just the simplest possible representation of interactions between a business process and a user or customer object...perhaps calling out to an Azure Function to determine decision logic that would handle the interaction.

My overall objective is to model and simulate business process interactions with increasingly sophisticated virtual user interactions.

Does anyone have any +/- views on whether this is an appropriate use case for ADT?

    Indeed Gartner has published a great article on Digital Twins, I love this article. Thanks for sharing with the community.

    I really like how the Events are triggered and Customer Journey is captured to provide great customer experience, which is important now a days.

    Hi @QuantumCache , Thanks for the link to the customer stories. Maybe I am missing something so could I just clarify...

    I couldn't find any of them dealing with my specific question about creating 'human' or 'business process' type represenations.

    Are you aware of anyone actually implementing/experimenting what Gartner are speculating googling revealed only one other reference to 'Digital Twin of Customer' and that was purely speculative.

    The only references I found were:

    I have DM'd the poster to ask if any of that is in the public domain but no response.
