Hi Mark,
It seems the account has limited access to view Azure AD in that tenant, you will have to request the tenant administrator to provide you for Global Reader or Directory Readers Roles if you want to view the AAD.
Please check the services you can use for free using Azure credits if it is VS subscription - credit-for-visual-studio-subscribers

Hello, thank you for giving a possible reason.
So I have to reach out to the PwC global regarding this issue? Is there anything Microsoft can do about this? or do I really need to reach for the PwC regarding this matter?
Thanks again!
If you have access to other directories, then switch to one of those directories and try again. You could try creating a subscription in the current directory and see if that resolves the issue. I see that notification occur when I try to access AD in Learn Sandbox. I can't prove this theory because the sandbox doesn't allow me to create a sandbox there. When I create a trial pay-as-you-go subscription, everything works as expected, but of course that's because it's a different tenant. Hope that helps. (I don't believe this is a Microsoft support relevant issue). If the PWC admins will assign your account to a subscription, you should be unblocked (notwithstanding my naivety ;) ). I wish you all the best ![236792-image.png][1] [1]: /api/attachments/236792-image.png?platform=QnA
Still the same even in different directory(Microsoft Sandbox)
I'll just raise this to my team in PwC.
Thank you
