Try perform a Clean Boot and see if the problem persist?

The keyboard is found to be unresponsive in Windows 11 devices mostly due to driver incompatibilities. However, some users have encountered this sort of problem after performing a Windows update. It can happen as some update files don’t support the default keyboard or have conflicts with the driver to make it nonfunctional.
Please run Keyboard troubleshooter from Settings app > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters. See if this helps you.
If that doesn't helps, try this:
Press Windows + X, select Device Manager.
Under Device Manager, right click on your keyboard device/driver and select Uninstall. Click OK.
Then click Action > Scan for hardware changes.
Close Device Manager and reboot.
