I Would like to Add IP Address in Internet Explore Trusted Sites through GPO to All Users?

This is possible via the ADMX for IE, please follow the step by step guide over here : it is for Intranet but same process applies to other zones if you want to use.

Hi,

You dont need to add File just add the IP address and the value 2 or 1.

Make sure there are no spaces or errors in the address, check the event logs if there are any errors. Gpupdate /force and restart the device.

Hello there,

To set trusted sites via GPO

-Open the Group Policy Management Editor.
-Go to User Configuration > Policies > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Internet Explorer > Internet Control Panel > Security Page.
-Select the Site to Zone Assignment List.
-Select Enabled and click Show to edit the list.
