Currently, you are not able to manage updates in the Microsoft Store.
You only have limit functionalities like disabled Microsoft Store or applications.
They will update in the background.
You may open start and search for feedback and open the Feedback Hub app and suggest this feature or upvote existing feedbacks.

So I ran into the issue that I cannot issue update the Microsoft store automatically. I've looked for other online forums and tried the PowerShell Scripts they had but they did not work on my enterprise environment. Do you guys have any possible solutions to update the store remotely?
