Problems with access to TEAMS

Hello,

Please i need your help on this.

Due to problems with access to TEAMS, we have already upgraded to MS 365 Business Standard.

We have already paid the invoice in June and we thought that the change would be made automatically.

Unfortunately not, so I need help activating/accessing TEAMS via Abo 365 Business Standard.

    Hi @IBN

    Do all users who have been assigned an active Microsoft 365 Business Standard license have this issue?
    And is the Teams service enabled for them?

    If yes, please have a check if Teams is enabled in your tenant (Microsoft 365 Admin Center>Setting>Org Settings>Microsoft Teams)
