In the Last Few days i wanted to Experiment around with some old systems to see how they worked.
(I wanted to work a Month in an Old Style doing nothing Important)
I am Having Trouble Setting up a Lync 2010 Server Mobile Connection. On my Android 11 Device
i installed an App to Open the Lync 2010 Mobile Settings, that is not the Issue. However when i am Connecting i receive:
"Unknown Error/Problem. Try Again Later." (I am German, it is a Rough Translation).
So i went and Checked with 2008 R2 and checked all Patches and Services were installed and Running, which they were.
The Phone is also in the Right Network Space.
I checked the Lync Mobile Log and it says it is actually trying to Connect to the Temporary Local IP. (192.168.0.253:443 / 192.168.0.253:4443)
It is receiving a Problem which is a 403 IIS Error.
On my 2003 and 2012 R2 machine it is reporting the Same.
PS: I know these Systems are all EOS / Almost EOS. It is just for Fun but i really would like to see it....

Does anyone else have the same problem in your organization?
Could you provide the detailed error message to us? Considering this issue is happened in the edge server, it recommends you try to check if there is any error messages in the Event Viewer from edge server.
It has been a while, how is everything going?
