Does Skype allow chatbot to send messages to many users?

Question

Hi,

Our company use chatbot in Skype to help our employees to make work processes easier. And we want to send some messages to the whole company employees from our bot.
But we have 300+ employees and this number can grow in future. So we wander, does Skype allow to send one message to such number or users in their private chats with bot? Or is there some limit that cannot be exeeded? We hope maybe there is some delay between sendings that can help?

Thanks for using Microsoft Q&A platform! I am sorry I think your scenario can not be supported well now as below change -

As of October 31, 2019 the Skype channel no longer accepts new bot publishing requests. This means that you can continue to develop existing bots connected to the Skype channel, but your bot will be limited to 100 users. You will not be able to publish your bot to a larger audience. Read more about why some features are not available in Skype anymore.

I will highly recommend you to check with Skype team for the delay here
