Environment:

  • Teams Meeting Room device
  • Azure AD Joined
  • Work/School account NOT added
  • Automatically enrolled into Intune
  • Deployment set to group containing device

Hi there,

I've been trying to deploy a Win32 app to Azure AD joined devices and have been unsuccessful.

Do you have to add the Work/School account for this to work?

Error:
Microsoft.Management.Services.IntuneWindowsAgent.AgentCommon.TokenAquireException: Attempt to get token, but failed

No need for work/school account, but user should have Intune license in place. Anyway, first via Intune console, try to identify possible error in deployment status view.
