I fixed the problem only with full deinstallation and installation VS 2022. Updating/removing components did not help. The problem fixed. Thanks.

Did you have to uninstall something else, or maybe even restart the machine after the uninstall?
I just can't make it work and it's very frustrating, there are little to none sources online with help to that issue.Thanks in advance!
