Your error message indicates that your work or school account is blocked while you tried to access Azure. To resolve this error, you can refer to the steps in the troubleshooting guide, "Your account has been blocked. Please contact your support person to unlock it, and try again."
If you have entered the wrong password for the account, you may have gotten locked for that reason. In this case, the recommendation is to wait for at least 30 minutes and to see if you can get back in. Afterward, you can switch to an in-private browser and try to sign in.
If you are using a Microsoft 365 subscription email and are not the global admin for the account, you will need to contact the global admin for the organization to regain your access.
If this is your Azure AD account and there is no one to let you back in, you can follow the steps to unblock yourself if you have sspr enabled. If you are the only global admin on the account and are blocked entirely, you can reach out to the Azure Data Protection team to restore access. 866-807-5850
