I have a oracle database version 12.1.0.2.0 that running on SQL server SSRS 2016 .
When I run the report , it pops the below error .
An error has occurred during report processing. (rsProcessingAborted)
An attempt has been made to use a data extension 'ORACLE' that is either not registered for this report server or is not supported in this edition of Reporting Services. (rsDataExtensionNotFound)
Then I have installed the package called "ODAC122011_x64" on it , but still no help .
Would advise how to fix the issue ?

Where do you get the error: in browser or Report Builder or SSDT or ...?
Which Edition of SSRS are you using?

Try opening your rsreportsserver.config file as an administrator. Applies to: SQL Server Reporting Services (2016).
The path is:C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSRS13.MSSQLSERVER\Reporting Services\ReportServer
Locate the <Extension Name="ORACLE"... node and check if it’s commented out. If it is, uncomment it.
Save the file and restart SQL Report Server.
If the issue is not resolved, please check the Report Server Service Trace Log and Windows Application Log for more error messages.

I assume you have SSDT and SSRS installed on the same system. SSDT runs in 32 bit whereas SSRS runs in 64 bit. Since we are in the same system, we need to install both the bit-ness of Oracle drivers one by one. see more：Configure Oracle data source for SQL Server Reporting Services (SSDT and Report Server).
In addition, you need to check whether a component is missing.

You may need to run the 2 commands in the SSRS documentation to register the ODP.NET driver: oracle-connection-type-ssrs.

I'm sorry the first one was my copy error, it's not a link. The second link you mentioned contains SSRS & Power BI Report Server.
I searched again and find one documentation says "SSDT runs in 32 bit whereas SSRS runs in 64 bit. Since we are in the same system, we need to install both the bit-ness of Oracle drivers one by one". So I think you need to download 32 bit Oracle drivers and configure them according to the documentation.
