Azure IoT Central Graph Legends

Scenario...
A system has a Device Group called SeeeduinoLoRaWAN. This Device Group has 5 devices with Device IDs SeeeduinoLoRaWAN1 thru SeeeduinoLoRaWAN5. When the devices are provisioned the Device Names are the same as the Device IDs. The device names are then changed to something more user friendly say Garage, Kitchen, Sunroom, Hallway, and Office.

To visualise the data from these devices in a dashboard in a line graph. I select the SeeeduinoLoRaWAN device group , and the select Garage, Kitchen, Sunroom, Hallway, and Office from the list. But the graph legend displays either the Device ID or the old Device Name (can't tell).

I was expecting the legend to display the user friendly Device name.

How do I get Device name rather than Device ID in the legend? What have I missed?
