why i can't deploy vm in canada east when using image from marketplace ?

when i upload my vhd, i can select canada east, but when i try to use image from marketplace i can choose only feaw regions. Marketplace images can't be deployed in canada regions?

I've tried different availability options and sizes of vm and still nothing. i'm worried about latency.

Following link help you find various info about marketplace vm images:

You can find which images are available in a particular region.
There is also a command to find if you accept the terms of usage.
