Dear Microsoft. I changed my laptop and can not download the offline version of word, power point, excel, etc. Also I can not link my school account to the device. The error code 80180002. Sincerely, vladimir.vassiljev@student .ttk.ee

The error message is related to the MDM and MAM settings in Microsoft Intune. You may need to contact your admin/It department to solve this issue.
