Az-900 certi Issue

Question

Hi, Microsoft az-900 exam was scheduled at 3rd sept 11:45 utc but as the proctor were not able to release the exam for me after multiple tries. case number- case#08466018 has been created. Please update me on how can i reschedule my exam further. Thanks
