Microsoft Edge Won't Open

Question

Hello I have a problem with my microsoft edge that won't launch in any way

I tried to repair it but it doesn't work
To launch it in inprivate window
To uninstall it and reinstall it with revouninstaller
To do 2 different commands with powershell
I also tried to do /sfc scannow I don't have any error in it

Nothing does it

but I noticed that in the task manager msedge.exe appears a fraction of a second before removing itself do you have advice to fix it

• Open the Registry Editor: use Windows-R to open the run box, type regedit and hit the Enter-key.
• Confirm the UAC prompt.
• Select Edit > Find.
• Search for MetricsReportingEnabled.
• Delete the one or two instances of the key in the Registry.

This worked immediately after trying every solution under the sun. It seems like it's a problem that popped up with the latest release due to some old group policy crap, you can probably either do this yourself or wait for the next update.
