    Hi @chenarrd delfin ,
    There are many reasons leading to this problem. And accoring to the current information, my recommendation is that you can delete the SQL Server in the "control panel", reinstalling the SQL again. If it still doesn't work, you can try this way add the "NT SERVICE\MSSQLSERVER" in the LOCAL SECURITY POLICY and location is followed:
