    I'd check the pc manufacturer's site for the latest firmware, ROM bios, chipset and driver support packs for windows 11. Also check the kingsoft vendor for windows 11 updates.

    As per the screenshots you provided, it seems you are using Kingsoft Antivirus Security System that too of outdated build. Can you please specify the build you are using.

    You can check with your vendor & ask for latest version.
