Organisation Voucher not applied to exam

Hi,

I booked an exam and at the stage of checking emails for vouchers (my organisation has a 100% off voucher) it linked and automatically took me through to payment; however it did not activate the voucher and my card was charged the full amount. I'd like to request a refund.
