Student verification fails

I'm getting attcahed error message in the student verification process.

I have tried to reduced pdf attachment size to 1352 KB, 902 KB and 110KB, however nothing workdes so far.

Also I reied with edge and chrome browsers and word, pdf, jpg and png formats as well.

any suggestions?
