Hello everyone,
i have used a admx to mount shared driver for our users with intune but apparently, if a user disconnect the mountpoint, it will never remount again (waited 3 days) despite intune claiming the policy has been applied without error.
I'm thinking about using powershell script instead but has someone seen this issue already ?

@Melpheos , Thanks for posting in Q&A. From your description, I know you have mapped shared drive with Intune. But when the user disconnect the mapped drive. It can't come back. If there's any misunderstanding, feel free to let us know.

After researching, i find an option named "Remove "Map Network Drive" and "Disconnect Network Drive" (User)". It can prevent users from using File Explorer or Network Locations to map or disconnect network drives. Maybe you can try this.

    Hello there,

Can you Confirm that the configuration profile is correctly applied ? This might be one of the reason for Intune not mounting shared drive back.

You can also use the built-in troubleshooting feature to review different compliance and configuration statuses.
