Hi,

Have tow machines one is installed with Windows 10 and other with Windows 11.
Available updates has been installed and devices are fully patched.

Note: I am working with clean installation (not upgrade scenario), have tried to re-deployed the devices by installing the operating system from latest MS ISO, for example: en-us_windows_10_business_editions_version_21h2_updated_aug_2022_x64_dvd_559cef4e

On both machines, Microsoft Store is not working, see below:

    Reset the Microsoft Store
When you reset Microsoft Store, it will restore the default config by clearing data from cache. Open Windows Settings to easily troubleshoot and reset apps. Reset Microsoft Store by using the following options:

Run the following commands to directly open Apps & features,
==> press Windows + R. Then enter ms-settings:appsfeatures in Run’s Open text box, and select that accessory’s OK option.
==> Next, press the three-dot menu button for the Microsoft Store app.
==> Click Advanced options to view the troubleshooting buttons for MS Store

Give a thumbs up and recommend for answer if it sorts your issue.

This is to update everyone that MS Store recovered itself after few days. I have not performed reset or anything, device was left connected to the Internet and it took about 2 /3 days before Store continue to work.
Can think of background updates etc.
